1375 Piercy Avenue (Wilks Place) is a warm and welcoming 12-home affordable homeownership project featuring 3 multiplex units. Two of these homes are fully accessible, and the entire property is designed to ensure comfort and ease for all residents. The project also includes a charming inner courtyard with a pergola and convenient bicycle storage.
Construction is now complete.

Five more families move in just in time for the holidays!
On August 17th, 2023, two years after breaking ground on a 12-home affordable project at 1375 Piercy Avenue in Courtenay, Habitat for Humanity, Vancouver Island North welcomed home the first seven of 12 partner families!

Under the summer sun, the team from Urban Systems rolled up their sleeves and soft-washed 12 Habitat homes, a year after completion.
September, 2024
The team at Urban Systems came back to help stain the pergola and garden boxes at Wilks Place.
March, 2024
Despite the weather setbacks, volunteers, Habitat families, and the Urban Systems team came together to prepare the site for the future pergola.
