1375 Piercy Avenue is a warm and welcoming 12-home affordable homeownership project featuring 3 multiplex units. Two of these homes are fully accessible, and the entire property is designed to ensure comfort and ease for all residents. The project also includes a charming inner courtyard with a pergola and convenient bicycle storage.

We are almost at the finish line! Twelve families have successfully moved in. We are now working to finish the communal areas, which include a beautiful pergola, bicycle storage, a garbage enclosure, parking spots and landscaping!
