The generosity of our community is the heart and soul of the Comox Valley ReStore and Campbell River ReStore. Without your donations, we wouldn’t be able to achieve our mission of building stronger communities.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce the “Donation Discount Program” . As a token of our gratitude, we’re offering a 15% discount to anyone who drops off physical items or metal recycling donations at either the Campbell River ReStore or Comox Valley ReStore during this period.

With the holiday season just around the corner, now is the perfect time to declutter your home and make room for new memories. Whether it’s gently used items or scrap metal, your contributions make a difference—and now, they can also save you money!

Terms and Conditions

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or offers.

  • Previous purchases will not have the discount retroactively applied.

  • One coupon per donation per visit, per donor.

  • Pick up donations are not eligible to receive the donation coupon.

  • 15% Discount applies to the entire purchase up to $499.00.

  • Discount cannot be applied to delivery or services.

  • Only physical item donations at either the Comox Valley or Campbell River ReStore donation drop off will receive the 15% discount.

  • Only accepted items will be eligible to receive a discount coupon.

  • Discount coupon has no cash value or is redeemable for cash value

  • Cannot be redeemed for Remarketable auction or other HFHVIN programs.

  • Discount Coupon only redeemable at either the Comox Valley or Campbell River ReStore locations.

  • No age restrictions apply to the discount coupon program.

  • Only one discount coupon redeemable per purchase.

I have items being picked up by the ReStore team; am I eligible for the discount coupon?

Thank you for your generous donation. Unfortunately, we only offer discount coupons for donors that drop off their items at either the Comox Valley or Campbell River ReStore locations.

I donated previously but you were not running the discount coupon program, can I get a discount coupon now?

Thank you for your generous ReStore donation, unfortunately past donations are not eligible for the 15% discount coupon. If you would like to make another donation in the future, please do so in the program operation window and we would be happy to supply you with a discount coupon.

I lost my discount coupon, what can I do?

We do not maintain a computerized record of issued discount coupons, so unfortunately, we are unable to redeem your coupon. However, if you would like to make another donation drop-off at either the Comox Valley or Campbell River ReStore locations, we would be happy to issue you a new discount coupon.

My discount coupon has expired, can I get a new one?

Expired coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for an active discount coupon.
