ReStore Delivery
To better support our customers, we offer a contactless/curbside delivery service available at our Comox Valley and Campbell River ReStores. This service enables our customers to make purchases with confidence, knowing that their items can be delivered directly to their homes.
Delivery Price
Minimum Charge: $100.00 plus applicable taxes.
Additional Pricing: Pricing is based on the size of the delivery and the delivery distance travelled.
Delivery Locations:
We can deliver to locations within approximately 15 km of each community. To check if your area is eligible for delivery, please contact either the Campbell River ReStore or the Comox Valley ReStore. They will confirm whether delivery is available to your specific location.
How does our delivery work?
Contactless/Curbside Delivery
To prioritize the well-being of both our team and customers, we offer contactless/curbside delivery. Our team will safely deliver your items to the edge of the property. After that, you’ll be responsible for arranging the movement of your items indoors. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while minimizing contact.
Delivery Cancellations:
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel delivery.

FAQ's
Delivery fees help cover the costs of operation, gas, and maintenance of our trucks. In addition to supporting our ReStore, we also lend our trucks to other organizations on the North Island. We do not charge for donation pickups because the items you donate are resold at the ReStore to support Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building safe, affordable housing for families in our community. These contributions are essential to our work—without the generosity of the community, we wouldn’t be able to continue our efforts.
No, we do not currently discount our delivery service.
Any item can be requested for delivery, and it will not change the delivery fee.
No, please note that all delivery fees are final and non-refundable once the delivery has occurred.
No, we do not deliver items purchased at any other business.
It is dependent on how booked our truck team is. We make every attempt to get your items delivered as soon as possible. Please contact either the Campbell River or Comox Valley ReStore teams to inquire about delivery times.
