Current Availability
Comox Valley
While we aren’t currently building new homes in the Comox Valley, refurbished Habitat homes do become available from time to time. These are homes originally built by Habitat for Humanity, where the partner family has made a decision to move on.
When this happens, we buy the home back, complete necessary renovations, and offer it to a new Habitat partner family - helping to keep affordable housing available in our community.
If you'd like to be considered for a refurbished home when one becomes available, please click the "Complete our Expression of Interest Form" button above.
