In Campbell River and the Comox Valley, housing costs have doubled or more over the past decade, while incomes have struggled to keep pace. For many families, especially single-parent households, the path to stability is becoming increasingly difficult.

Habitat for Humanity helps break this cycle by creating homeownership opportunities that families might otherwise be unable to access. Affordable housing frees up income for essentials like groceries, school supplies, and savings, while building equity and opening the door to greater financial security.
